Glass is the first thing a guest notices and the last thing anybody gets around to. Salt air off the Gulf leaves a film on glass that rinses clear for a day and comes back grey by the end of the week.
Pace properties vary a lot block to block, so the scope gets written on site. Interior and exterior panes, frames wiped, tracks vacuumed and wiped out, sills left dry.

lanai and window screens, re-spline and rebuild
downspouts flushed, debris bagged and removed

Yes. Pace is inside our regular service area and we schedule there weekly.
Call or text (850) 649-9993. Tell us the address and what you need. We book the estimate first, then you get a written scope before any work starts.
For exterior work, no. For interior work someone needs to let us in and walk the space with us at the start.
It depends on the size of the property and the condition we find. We give you a time window when we scope it, and we tell you if that changes.
Often yes, with a dwell-and-agitate treatment. If the glass is etched through rather than coated, it is permanent, and we will tell you that before we start rather than after.
