Rental & Turnover Crews
Rentals turned between guests on your calendar, glass and touch up paint together.
The day
Four steps, one person to call, and a price that does not move after we have quoted it.
We look at every pane and every wall, and write it all down.
One price for the whole house, sent the same day.
We arrive with our own filtered water, drop cloths and ladders.
We walk it with you before the truck leaves the street.
By town
Pick your town for local detail and scheduling.
Also
Glass, screens, sills and tracks, inside and out. Filtered water and a blade, never a rag.
The etching that years of rain and salt leaves in the glass. Lifted out, not painted over.
Every screen taken out and rinsed, every sill wiped, every track vacuumed before it goes back.
Walls, ceilings and cabinetry, sealed off, cut in clean, and left tidy each evening.
Kitchens, baths, trim and carpentry, run by the same crew that painted the house.
Doors rekeyed, spare keys cut, and locks that finally turn the way they should.
