A coastal repaint that skips the wash is a repaint you do again in three years. Sugar-white sand is quartz, and quartz in a sea breeze is a mild abrasive that hazes south-facing glass over a season.
Crestview properties vary a lot block to block, so the scope gets written on site. We patch and sand before anything gets opened, and you see the patches before we paint over them.

Call or text (850) 649-9993. Tell us the address and what you need. We book the estimate first, then you get a written scope before any work starts.
For exterior work, no. For interior work someone needs to let us in and walk the space with us at the start.
It depends on the size of the property and the condition we find. We give you a time window when we scope it, and we tell you if that changes.
Washing, scraping what is loose, priming bare spots, and caulking open joints. On this coast the prep is what determines how long the coating lasts.
