A clean pane is mostly about what comes off the frame and the track, not the glass itself. Salt air off the Gulf leaves a film on glass that rinses clear for a day and comes back grey by the end of the week.
Baker work is mostly repeat residential on a set interval. Final-clean glass is inspected pane by pane in raking light before we call it done.

Yes. Baker is inside our regular service area and we schedule there weekly.
Call or text (850) 649-9993. Tell us the address and what you need. We book the estimate first, then you get a written scope before any work starts.
For exterior work, no. For interior work someone needs to let us in and walk the space with us at the start.
It depends on the size of the property and the condition we find. We give you a time window when we scope it, and we tell you if that changes.
Often yes, with a dwell-and-agitate treatment. If the glass is etched through rather than coated, it is permanent, and we will tell you that before we start rather than after.
